Shipping and delivery
Wylora & Co. ships from Queensland, Australia. We currently ship within Australia only. Prices and shipping charges are in AUD.
Shipping rates
- Standard delivery: $11 AUD for orders under $100.
- Standard delivery: FREE for orders of $100 AUD or more, subject to the eligibility shown at checkout.
- Express delivery: $15 AUD.
The final shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch and estimated delivery
We aim to dispatch paid in-stock orders within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding Queensland public holidays. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Delivery estimates depend on the carrier and destination and may be affected by weather, holidays and peak demand. We will contact customers regarding significant delays and their lawful options.
Tracking and address details
Tracking will be sent to your checkout email address where available. Please check your address carefully before placing an order; changes after dispatch may not be possible.
Missing or damaged parcels
Email wylora.co@outlook.com with your order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. We will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable consumer law.
