Products, photographs and condition
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, condition, sizes, colours and prices accurately. Lighting and screens can affect how colours appear; sizing differs between labels. Please check each item description and measurements. Where goods are new without tags, pre-loved, clearance, or have a known imperfection, the listing should state this clearly before purchase.
Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD). We display shipping fees and the total amount due before payment. Checkout accepts only the payment methods shown at the time of order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may contact you about a payment problem, suspected fraud, obvious pricing mistake or unavailable stock. If we cannot fulfil an accepted paid order, we will offer an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by law.
Shipping
We ship within Australia. See Shipping & Delivery for shipping rates and dispatch expectations. Please provide a correct and complete delivery address; contact us promptly if an error is discovered.
Returns and consumer rights
